The birth of the Library System for Universities of Tuscany [1]
[2]From the 1st of October 2015 a single point of access to the catalogs of the regional universities is active: OneSearchSBART [3].
The Universities of Florence, Pisa, Siena, and the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna integrated the online library systems and created a huge collection of books. Thanks to the platform OneSearchSBART, from the 1st of October, is in fact available for a single point of access for library research in a large number of catalogs.
Through OneSearch, which offers a very simple interface, you can immediately have an overview of the documentation available in the libraries, in electronic and hard copy, without multiplying searches across multiple catalogs. More than 3.8 million bibliographic records can be accessed in OneSearch.
