From June 27 to July 27 a trial of FSTA database will be available. This resource contains indexes and abstracts of the scientific and technical field literature on food, beverages and nutrition, from producer to consumer.
FSTA covers topics relating to every aspect of nutrition and of all the major foodstuffs, including beverages and all aspects of the pure or applied biological sciences. In particular: processes and food processing, security and alteration of foods, biotechnology and animal feed.
The resource provides the count of more than 5,300 journals and 22,650 sources, of 29 languages and 53 countries since 1969. It covers information about patents, standards, monographs, reviews, conference proceedings and technical reports. Patents and standards include EPO (European Patent), WIPO (international patents that include 104 countries) ISO (international standard) and Codex standards.
